Eye Gua Sha Guide
Prep: After cleansing, apply eye cream or facial oil (never dry-scrape). Use the tool's smaller curved edge or precision tip.
Techniques:
-
Drainage: Gently glide outward and upward from beneath the inner corner of the eye to the temple (5–8 times).
-
Lifting: Lightly scrape outward and upward from under the inner eyebrow along the upper brow bone to the temple (5–8 times).
-
Pressing: Use the rounded tip to gently press the Jingming (beside the bridge of the nose near the inner corner of the eye) and Sibai (the midpoint of the lower eye socket) acupoints for 3–5 seconds each.
Tips: Keep the pressure as light as a "feather skimming across water"—no bruising ("Sha") is needed. Use for 3–5 minutes per session, and wipe clean after use.
Core Benefits
-
Relieves Fatigue: Relaxes tight eye-area muscles and eases eye strain and soreness.
-
Reduces Puffiness: Accelerates micro-circulation to help morning puffiness and eye bags subside quickly.
-
Enhances Absorption: Works synergistically with eye cream to boost skincare penetration and help prevent fine lines.
-
Natural Healing: Crafted from natural African Blackwood and sheep horn for a warm, skin-friendly touch and a calm self-care ritual.
