Refund policy

Returns
To process any refund, please provide the original proof of purchase and return the product within 7 days of receiving it. Reach out to us via email at kaiwuofficial@gmail.com before returning the item, so we can guide you through the return process. The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. If we accidentally send the wrong item, we’ll take it back and send you the correct product, with no cost to you.

If your return is due to a defective or damaged product, please send us a description and photos of the issue to kaiwuofficial@gmail.com within 7 days, although we are not responsible for any damages caused during shipping, please rest assured that we will do our best to minimize any loss you may experience.

If the return is due to a change of mind or personal reason, you are responsible for the shipping cost, based on the carrier you choose.

Make sure to keep the postal receipt until you're certain the item has been safely received by Kaiwu Studio. We may need this if your package doesn’t reach us.

If your order was eligible for free shipping, but you’re returning an item and the refund lowers your order total below the free shipping threshold, the amount of return shipping fee will apply.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received the item. We’ll also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note, the time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or credit card company.

Shipping fees for delivery are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company first. Refunds can take a little time to appear. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, feel free to reach out to us at kaiwuofficial@gmail.com.

Force Majeure

Suppose Kaiwu Studio is delayed or hindered in or prevented from performing any of its obligations under any Order by reason of any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. In that case, Kaiwu Studio will have no liability to you in respect of such non-performance and the time for performing the same will be extended until the event or circumstance has ceased.
