Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Kindly note that processing and shipping timelines may be extended due to weekends and public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) so you can easily track your package!

Duties and Taxes
Kaiwu Studio is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be incurred on international orders. Any charges assessed during or after shipment, including tariffs or import taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages
We’re truly sorry if your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit. While Kaiwu Studio cannot be held responsible for issues that occur after shipping, we’re here to support you through the process. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim, and be sure to retain all packaging materials and the product itself to assist with the claim.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Seattle.

For U.S. Orders (Contiguous States):

  • USPS First-Class:
  1. A shipping fee of $10 applies to orders.
  2. For orders exceeding 2 items, First-Class is not available; shipping will default to Priority Mail.
  • Priority Mail or UPS:
  1. Shipping fees range from $15 to $25, depending on the selected service.
  • Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $99.

 

For Canadian Orders:

  • Shipments to Canada are fulfilled via UPS.
  • A fixed shipping fee of $20 applies per order.
  • Free shipping applies to Canadian orders over $159.

We strive to deliver your order to the provided address within the estimated delivery timeframe indicated at checkout. Please note that these delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Order Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. Cancellations received within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. Please be advised that once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests can no longer be accommodated.
